The Gloucestershire coast is served by two rail routes. The first of these, the Severn Beach line runs from Bristol Temple Meads to Severn Beach via Avonmouth stopping at most local stations and is on the walk between Aust and Pill. This is of most use for the Aust to Pill walk which passes through Severn Beach.
The second is the Glocuester to Newport line which has stations at Chepstow, Caldicot and Severn Tunnel Junction. These stations are most use for the Aust to Severn Tunnel Junction walk which ends at Severn Tunnel Junction and passes close to Caldicot Station, whilst Chepstow is around 2 miles from this walk.
